DEPOSIT POLICY:
Credit card number required when making a booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: You must cancel in writing at least 15days prior to arrival date. Deposits not refundable within 14days of arrival. EARLY CHECK OUT: I regret that there must be a full charge for unused nights unless confirmed in writing 14 days prior to arrival. NO-SHOWS: your failure to arrive or failure to follow the cancellation policy (canceling your reservation in writing) will be charged for the entire booking. There will be a 10% discount on bookings of 3 or more consecutive days. Cash payments only! When booking please acknowledge that you have read and understand the cancellation policy . There are no taxes on the rooms and there is a 10% discount for 3 or more days (cash only) I take reservations on holiday weekends for 2 or more days only. The room rate includes a full delicious breakfast from my menu .If you have a special request or dietary requirements please let me know. My breakfast table is set with items brought back from my international travels. Check In Time is 4:00 p.m. Check Out Time is 11:00 a.m.
