DEPOSIT POLICY:
Payment cash only. I trust that you will honor your reservation or if you have to cancel to please notify me in advance I prefer 15 days. I trust people and it has worked out for many years and have guests complement me on my no deposit policy. EARLY CHECK OUT: I regret that there must be a full charge for unused nights unless confirmed in writing 14 days prior to arrival. NO-SHOWS: your failure to arrive or failure to follow the cancellation policy (canceling your reservation in writing) will be charged for the entire booking. When booking please acknowledge that you have read and understand the cancellation policy . There are no taxes on the rooms and there is a 10% discount for 3 or more days (cash only) I take reservations on holiday weekends for 2 or more days only. The room rate includes a full delicious breakfast from my menu. If you have a special request or dietary requirements please let me know. My breakfast table is set with items brought back from my international travels. Check In Time is 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check Out Time is 11:00 a.m. Please no early arrivals unless requested when booking.
